- Perceiving: Prefer to take the outer world as it comes, staying open and flexible.

Behaviors you may notice (the majority of the time) in your Judging child:
- Like order and structure (such as having a consistent order to the bedtime routine)
- Make decisions quickly and easily
- Find comfort in rules
- Like to make and stick with a plan
- Are decisive and state opinions frankly
- Are productive and responsible (age appropriately)
- Tend to follow through on projects
Behaviors you may notice (the majority of the time) in your Perceiving child:
- Like flexibility and spontaneity
- Difficulty making decisions
- Find rules limiting
- Like to adapt and respond to changes
- Are playful and impulsive
- Like to start projects but have a harder time following through
